About Us

ALL ABOUT THE BALLOTS

Our Philosophy

We engage, educate and empower Black people ages 16 – 40 across Florida to become civically involved to improve issues impacting our communities. These issues include job security, food security, and financial security through organizing and engaging around living wages, accessible and affordable health care and housing, wellness, education, racial and environmental justice, and racial equity.

AATB is a Black woman-led organization based in Central Florida that occupies a unique lane in Florida civic engagement work by focusing on rural and suburban communities too often left out of community and political life.
